Estate and Gift Tax Planning
I will work closely with you to help you identify and implement the best strategy for the orderly distribution of your assets upon death, taking care to carefully review the tax consequences of each approach. I will prepare all the required documents to complete your estate planning goals, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney and advance healthcare directives. Probate and Estate Administration
I work with administrators, executors and personal representatives, as well as heirs, helping to complete the steps required to settle the estate of a loved one. I will prepare the accounting of assets, obtain asset valuations (where necessary), notify creditors, ensure payment of final debts and taxes, and oversee the orderly distribution of property. Social Security Disability
If you are unable to work due to illness or injury, I can help you determine whether you are entitled to Social Security disability benefits. If so, I will handle all legal matters during the process, from the application through any appeals.
